The jury of the NLJUG Innovation Award has 3 members this edition. They represent the NLJUG business partners and are responsible for the selection of the first top 3 nominations. The NLJUG community itself will determine during the J-Fall which of these 3 will be the ultimate winner of the NLJUG Innovation Award 2025.

Hanno is bestuurslid sinds 2025. Hij werkt als Trainer / Technology Advocate voor Info Support en houdt zich bezig met lesgeven, software-ontwikkeling en -architectuur en spreken op internationale conferenties. Hij is onderscheiden als Java Champion en Oracle ACE Pro. Binnen de NLJUG zal Hanno zich gaan bezig houden met vakinhoudelijke zaken zoals Java Magazine, J-Spring en J-Fall, de Innovation Award en het contact met kennispartners.

Johan is working as an architect at ASML. He has been working for various demanding companies where rapidly delivering high-quality software was very important. Johan regularly writes articles for InfoQ and Java magazines, mainly around Java. He spoke in 20 countries at more than 40 different conferences such as JavaOne, GOTO, Devoxx, JavaZone, J-Fall, J-Spring, Jfokus and JavaLand. Johan received the JavaOne Rock Star and Oracle Code One Star awards.

Kaya is an enthusiastic software developer at Ordina. She studied Communication & Multimedia Design, where she focused mostly on concepting and designing. After discovering programming is also fun, she switched to IT. Kaya loves innovation, asking ‘why?’ and playing soccer.
